Grant Bonser - General ManagerGrant Bonser

Grant is a proven leader with over 20 years in the Health Facilities, Initial Outfitting and Transition Management [IO&T], Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment [FF&E], and Turn-key Construction industries. He worked with the Air Force Medical Support Agency [AFMSA] in the development of their IO&T program. He also negotiated and managed the largest USAF IO&T project awarded to date [$60 million]. He has been awarded and has executed more USAF IO&T projects than any other individual or company. Grant has created and managed 2 Initial Outfitting and Transition Management [IO&T] companies, Cazador and SIOTS. Grant also set-up the Public Health and Furniture Divisions at TKCIS; thus introducing the federal marketplace to turn-key healthcare solutions. Grant has worked on numerous healthcare IO&T contracts with government executives, program managers, and contracting officers. He understands how to deliver turn-key solutions for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment [FF&E] and Initial Outfitting and Transition Management [IO&T] in a timely manner. Grant has also managed the marketing, sales, operations, and manufacturing direction of NORLAB, a technical lab, healthcare capital, metal furniture equipment, design service, and turn-key construction company in which he was responsible for 3 Companies with 4 offices in 3 countries. Gil Weston’s credentials and experience in Initial Outfitting for military medical facilities are unmatched. His 21 years in the United States Air Force [Highest Rank: Lieutenant Colonel] were focused almost entirely on healthcare facilities  in the Air Force Medical Service. Gil participated in 70+ medical facility projects from 1988-2009 during his tenure in the U.S. Air Force. He understands the issues, the constraints, and the opportunities that affect each IO&T assignment. He is a certified Project Management Professional [PMP] and offers a strong background in medical equipment acquisitions, supply chain management, finance, facility master planning, and project management. Gil has extensive knowledge of the Military Health System, federal government contract procedures, and a successful track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams in the execution of large projects both in the U.S. and internationally. As Chief of Medical Facilities while employed by another firm, Gil participated in over 20 Medical IO&T and FF&E contracts CONUS/OCONUS. Veronica boasts over 17 years of interior design experience and an extensive background in furniture, fixtures, and equipment [FF&E], initial outfitting and transition management [IO&T], and project management in both government and private sectors. Veronica displays the proven ability to successfully collaborate with government executives, program managers, and contracting officers to understand, identify, and deliver desired project results in a timely manner. She is skilled in space planning, product training, quality control, and project coordination with a focus in military healthcare facilities.  Veronica participated in over 20 healthcare IO&T contracts CONUS / OCONUS while employed by another firm. She was also responsible for maintaining and managing all aspects of the largest IO&T project awarded to date [$60M 2008 AFMSA/GSA contract] encompassing the simultaneous IO&T of 14 U.S. Air Force healthcare facilities across the United States. As Director of Interior Design at SIOTS Veronica is responsible for leading the SIOTS team of certified interior designers to plan, design, and develop CID and artwork packages in accordance with federal government and commercial interior design guidelines worldwide.

Kim is a bilingual marketing and public relations professional with expertise in initial outfitting and transition planning [IO&T] projects, bid and proposal preparation, business administration, supply chain management, and event planning. She boasts 2 years of international project management experience in South America and a successful track record working in government projects, with corporate clients, and in non-profit work environments. Kim brings first-hand experience with media and public relations requirements specific to military medical care. She has participated in over 20 Medical IO&T and FF&E contracts CONUS / OCONUS and provided all public relations and media support services for 14 modernizing AFB Hospitals and Clinics under the largest IO&T project awarded to date [$60M FY08 GSA/AFMSA]. Kim has the knowledge and experience required to keep the public informed and comfortable during even the most complex IO&T projects.
Dick Hart
Senior Project Manager
Dick Hart brings over 20 years of experience in the United States Air Force with a focus on Facilities Management and Medical Logistics. He is a highly experienced Project Manager who has held direct responsibility for government facility construction, initial outfitting, and management. Dick holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University, a Master’s Degree in Community Systems Planning and Development with a specialty in Health Planning and Administration from Penn State University, and is a Distinguished Graduate of the Air Force Health Service Administration Course. In addition, he has completed various advanced training courses in project administration as well as project safety, OSHA standards, and facilities management.  Dick offers a strong background in FF&E acquisitions, supply chain management, finance, facility master planning, quality control, and project management. Dick has extensive knowledge of federal government contract procedures and a successful track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams in the execution of large projects both in the U.S. and internationally.
Jeremy Bailey - Project ManagerJeremy Bailey
Project Manager / Quality Control Manager
Jeremy is a former Captain in the United States Air Force with specialized knowledge in medical space planning, design, construction, and quality control with a focus in project management in military healthcare environments. Jeremy was an ROTC 5 yr. Scholarship winner and has a Bachelors in Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Cum Laude. He offers vast USAF medical IO&T project and leadership experience and has managed up to 19 simultaneous healthcare facility projects at one time. He most recently served as lead AF designer for all medical projects on Lackland AFB: 770,000+ GSF of new construction valued at over half a billion dollars. While serving in the Air Force Jeremy participated in 10 medical IO&T contracts, and numerous healthcare facility projects. As Project Manager for SIOTS Jeremy’s responsibilities include planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Jeremy has the knowledge and experience to work closely with the designers, executive leadership, and medical discipline experts in order to provide the latest technological and process improvements in facility design, while incorporating DoD and Federal regulations.
Richard White, MT (ASCP)
Medical Equipment Planner
Rick boasts over 42 years of healthcare experience, 16 years of medical equipment planning experience, 18 years of project management experience, and 5 years of experience in medical manufacturing. He is a MT (ASCP) [Medical Technologist, American Society of Clinical Pathologists]. Rick has worked with cross-functional design teams on the medical equipment planning of hospital departments for expansions, renovations, replacement hospitals, clinics, military hospitals, V.A. hospitals, and Indian Healthcare facilities. Rick offers specialty experience in planning hospital laboratories including: casework layout, equipment placement, and workflow planning. Rick's clients have included university hospitals, community hospitals, laboratories, military facilities, V.A. hospitals, and IHS facilities. As a medical equipment planner at SIOTS Rick is responsible for medical equipment program development, inventory management, product specification, equipment acquisition, vendor coordination, delivery and installation services, in addition to the creation of equipment re-utilization and product training plans customized to suit each projects’ needs.
Regina Harris, PMP, RN-CCRN
Medical Transition Planner
Regina Harris is a results-oriented Project Management Professional [PMP] and Registered Nurse [RN] with over 20 years of healthcare operations, transition planning, medical equipment planning, and project management experience.  Regina is an expert at managing transition teams for initial outfitting and relocation projects, integrating construction project schedules with facility transition milestones, and incorporating LEED / green operational practices. In addition, Regina has expertise at reviewing architectural plans for appropriate clinical workflow and medical equipment integration solutions from the RN perspective with attention to infection control & HIPAA standards. Regina proactively addresses regulations, best practices, and evidence based design impacting project scope to achieve timely resolution of emerging issues.  Regina’s education includes a B.S. in Healthcare Administration from the University of South Florida, an A.S. in Nursing, from Hillsborough Community College, and graduate professional studies at Saint Joseph College.  Regina’s experience includes serving as subject matter expert for the $380 million medical equipment planning and operational transition of two BRAC projects: Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and Ft. Belvoir Community Hospital, numerous commercial transition projects for the Hospital Corporation of America [HCA], and 19 years at Emory Eastside Medical Center, serving as a RN and clinical liaison for transition during phased construction projects.  Regina’s unique expertise and credentials are unmatched and make her a valuable asset for any IO&T and FF&E project.
